Governance Committee

All participants within the dKargo ecosystem are free to engage in governance activities, proposing and implementing developments to the protocol. However, certain powers related to the smooth operation and activation of the DAO—such as proposal review, auditing, reporting, and mediation—may be delegated to the Governance Committee.

The Governance Committee is composed of specific SBT holders who are actively engaged in projects within the dKargo ecosystem or have made significant contributions, as well as logistics companies conducting business off-chain. The final selection of the committee members is carried out by dKargo. Committee members may be asked to provide proof of their expertise and affiliation in line with their role of representing ecosystem participants.

If any member engages in malicious behavior, they may be stripped of their authority following a decision by dKargo and the committee.
